Legal Responsibility

Legal responsibility is the right to have and to make decisions concerning the day-to-day.

Moral Responsibility

Moral responsibility usually refers to the idea that a person has moral obligations in certain situations. Disobeying moral obligations, then, becomes grounds for justified punishment. Deciding what justifies punishment, if anything, is a principle concern of ethics
People who have moral responsibility for an action are usually called moral agents. Agents are creatures that are capable of reflecting on their situation, forming intentions about how they will act, and then carrying out that action.

What is Responsibility?

  • Responsibility can be defined as assuming accountabilty for a task, decision or action. A person is said to be responsible for something when he or she accepts the consequences of something.

  • Responsibility is a characteristic someone has that demonstrates efficiency when taking care of certain things. If you are responsible you will do things you know need to be done. It is your responsibility to take care of your children, for example. Responsibility is a valuable trait in the business world and society because it means you are going to do what you are needed to!
